Hey, I’m Hayleah!

Thanks for popping by. I’m so glad you are here.

Let me start by telling you a bit about me and where I come from and then I’d love it if you booked a discovery call and told me all about you and your business. So as I said I’m Hayleah and I’m super passionate about small business. Watching and listening to someone talk about a business they have grown or an idea they have had is my absolute favourite thing. Everything from brainstorming potential growth opportunities through to the everyday hustle that it takes to run a small business is what I live for. It’s my thing!

Let me take you back to 2012 …. Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed straight out of high school I applied for and got into uni studying a Bachelor in design art. I Majored in fashion design and sub-majored in graphic design, with high hopes of one day having my very own label. Back then I would have told you it was the clothing that I loved but looking back now I think it was the ambition to create something that was mine a little hustle of my own (spoiler alert I did eventually start my own clothing label for four years while I worked full time phew wasn’t that a busy time)

Fast-forward ten years…. I started out working in small businesses as an all-rounder, doing everything from product development to digital marketing and customer service, but I now specialize in the wholesale space and love every minute. I’ve found my calling, and here I am.

One thing you’ll learn about me is that I am motivated by two things, creativity and productivity. Creativity because I’m an innovator. A deep solutions-based thinker and helping people achieve their goals is extremely rewarding to me. 

Productivity, because I find great joy in being able to get jobs done efficiently and with strategic flare. There is just something about seeing our strategy come to life and creating strong relationships between our brands and their stockists that ensures brand loyalty and great partnerships.. Yea now that’s the stuff.
